Joyce Robinson
Application Support
Implementation Manager
Joyce has been working with construction companies for over 30 years. Her career started as a controller for a local GC, which allowed her the opportunity to work with the Timberline application and to be at the forefront of construction software. She quickly realized her passion was helping other companies leverage software for their business and joined the Sunrise team as a leader in their customer support department. Her calm, yet confident demeanor and her strong customer service skills have served her well over the year, supporting over 1000 accounts in all aspects of their accounting, operations and finance teams. She loves helping her customers work through issues and questions and learning more about solutions that can add value to their business. Joyce is certified in the TCM Suite, Viewpoint Spectrum and ProContractor solutions.

Application Support
Project Coordination
Karen started working with a construction software developer out of New Jersey, more than 25 years ago. She loved the energy within the construction industry, but wanted to move south and explore a new community. She joined Sunrise as an Account Manager and quickly expanded her responsibilities to include working directly with customers in providing solutions to their business, implementing those solutions and offering support services as needed. Along with Joyce, she now supports customers across the country on the full TCM Suite of products, from the Charlotte office. Karen brings her organizational and administrative skills when she is helping customers manage a new implementation or when she is coordinating a local user group meeting or product roadshow event. Karen is certified in the TCM Suite, Viewpoint Spectrum and ProContractor solutions.
